Damages & Repairs:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

Repairs are free. If our products tear or break, please contact us immediately.

Shipping:

Please allow 1-7 business days for order processing. Orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received.

Taxes:

All international orders shipping outside of the US are subject to Value-Added Tax, import duties and/or taxes, which are imposed once your package arrives in your country.

When you order internationally, not only do you pay for the item/s and our shipping rate for the item/s to get to you, you are additionally responsible for the destination country's international duty fees which we cannot predict. You are responsible for the international duty fees and if you refuse to pay them upon receiving the package, it will then be sent back to us (or placed in abandonment) and you will forfeit not only the item but all fees paid to Namuaura, including the cost of item/s.

Returns:

All sales are final. We reserve the right to refuse any returns at any time. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn or unused.
